• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service.
• You grant YouPub a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service.
• You must not upload content that violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, etc.). By connecting your accounts on these platforms:

• You authorize YouPub to access and use the platform APIs on your behalf.
• You agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service.
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Service dashboard.
• YouPub is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• YouPub reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YouPub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

YouPub may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
